For me the floral curtain has become a metaphor for life. There are patterns that exist, they appear consistent and predictable yet suddenly stray into abstraction. There are highs and lows, moments of shadow and light, there are colors intense and dull. Beyond the superficial distraction of patterns there are layers, levels of understanding and consciousness which remains hidden and ephemeral.
